In an effort to create a better experience for their franchises, a large consumer retail firm invested two days in a first-of-its-kind event.

The first day was an EY wavespace session at the EY-Nottingham Spirk Innovation Hub; then the next morning, the team traveled to the EY Digital Operations Hub at MxD for a variety of deep dives on digital manufacturing capabilities.

These sessions were so productive that they set the stage for a second two-day session at the Hub fully devoted to the topic of supply chain innovation.

Moving forward, EY is collaborating with them on several strategy and execution efforts focused on elevating the franchise experience.
