Dave is responsible for strategy, operations, quality, risk management, client relations and knowledge sharing for tax and finance function outsourcing worldwide. He has a passion for helping companies reimagine their operating model in a way that best utilizes data and technology.

He helps leaders at multinational companies develop the right strategy across the co-sourcing continuum to develop a tax operating model that leverages a leading approach to navigating the challenges they face.

Dave is a member of the EY Global Tax Executive Committee. During his more than 30 years with EY, he has served on several committees, including the Gender Equity Tax Force. He received a BA from the University of Notre Dame, a master’s degree in Taxation from DePaul University, and is a CPA.
