Note: For graduation rate and retention rate, you do not need to type a % symbol after the input.

The adjacent numbers below indicators are thresholds: less than first number = score of 1 (at risk); between first and second = 2 (monitor); greater than second = 3 (stable). The weighted score average = overall financial health score.
